Sterile Services Production Lead – Hospital Operations

ELHT NHS Foundation Trust in Lancaster seeks a Band 4 Sterile Services supervisor to lead a team of sterilisation technicians and coordinate a safe, efficient service across operating theatres and wards.

You will document training needs, ensure traceability of instruments using the Trust’s systems, and cover weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). The role is permanent, part-time 24 hours weekly, with pro rata salary in the £28,392–£31,157 range.
