Compassionate Care Worker – Personal Support & Wellbeing

Codi Group is recruiting a Care Worker for Dan y Bryn, Ynysmeudwy. You will be at the heart of daily life for residents, delivering personal care, emotional support, and activities that promote wellbeing in a 36-hour rolling rota, including day, evening and night shifts with weekends required.

Full training and ongoing support are provided. The role includes medication administration, person-centred care, and digital recording to keep resident records up to date.
