Recovery Support Worker – Housing & Mental Health

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker for the Redcar and Cleveland Supported Housing service. This 22-hour-per-week role involves rota-based shifts including sleepovers and weekends, delivering person-centred support to adults with mental health challenges.

You will help individuals develop skills, manage tenancy, finances and access community opportunities while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with professionals.
