Lead Senior Care Assistant – Day Shifts, 22h/wk

MHA is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Days) at The Herons care home in Toton, Nottingham, to take charge during shifts and support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This role offers leadership on a day-to-day basis and the opportunity to mentor care colleagues.

You will lead by example, promote dignity and choice for residents, supervise staff, participate in care planning and activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming home aligned with MHA’s values.
