Dementia Care Specialist – Night Shifts, Career Growth

Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a Dementia Support Worker for Ashlea Lodge, Sunderland. Night shifts available, 22–44 hours per week, with pay rates of £13.77–£14.60 per hour for NVQ Level 2–3 in Health and Social Care. A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting is essential.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents, provide personal care with empathy, and work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance daily living and wellbeing.
