Deputy Manager – Lead Care Home Team

Orchard Care Homes Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in running the Penwortham home to high standards. You will oversee day-to-day operations, contribute to assessments and care reviews, and be the point of contact for staff, residents and families.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to care excellence within a “Good” CQC-rated setting. A clear progression pathway and training are provided.
