Prison Health & Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at HMP Brixton. The role is permanent, full‑time (35 hours per week) and on‑site, with a strong focus on supporting recovery for individuals in custody.

You will manage caseloads, deliver tailored interventions, conduct risk assessments and collaborate with healthcare and housing partners to aid through‑care and resettlement.
