Family Care Support Worker – Fostering Team

Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the Family Placement Team in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. You will work alongside social workers to support foster carers, kinship carers, and special guardians, delivering practical and direct family support.

You will assist with assessments, information gathering, and training, while helping recruit and retain carers and promote fostering.
