Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse – Recovery & Community Care

Doncaster Central Locality Adult Mental Health Team is seeking a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join the team. The role involves working within the Central Locality Team to manage a defined caseload and provide assessment and therapeutic interventions in the community.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based care, collaborating with patients and their carers to promote rehabilitation and recovery and improve quality of life in the community.
