Children’s Community Nurse: Champion Family-Centered Care

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Children and Young People’s Community Nurse (CYPCN) to join the CYPCNS. You will deliver specialist community nursing for children, work with the team to develop services, and support families in managing health needs in the community.
