Charge Nurse — Lead Clinical Care & Dementia Mentorship

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Charge Nurse for one of its care centres in Scotland. You will provide clinical leadership to the team and build meaningful relationships with residents living with dementia and other complex conditions.

You will assess patients’ physical, psychological and social needs, collaborate with families on care plans, allocate key workers, and mentor junior staff to the highest standards of care. You’ll also support investigations to uphold dignity and quality.
