Empowerment Charity in Blackpool invites applications for a role in our The Den team. You will support young people individually or in groups to build confidence, improve emotional well-being, and participate in education and community life.

A focus will be on engaging boys and young men, including those at risk of disengagement, while you work with partners to remove barriers and ensure safe, supportive practice.
