Job Description:
Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two full-time community nurses to work within the community triage hub at Blackpool Stadium, delivering triage visits and essential nursing care to housebound and clinic patients.
You will monitor patient health, support families and carers, contribute to care planning, and lead weekend and bank holiday shifts as part of a rota with Fylde Coast Community Nursing Division.
