HCRG Care Group is seeking a Specialist Community Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join the Learning Disability Team in Bath(Carrswood Day Centre). You will deliver specialist assessment, coordination and care planning for adults with learning disabilities, within a skilled multidisciplinary team.
