Night-Shift Medical Assistance Coordinator

Allianz Partners in Croydon is seeking a Customer Assistance Coordinator for night shifts to calmly support customers in medical emergencies, coordinating services and keeping all parties informed. The role operates on a hybrid pattern (three days in the office, two from home) and requires strong empathy, organisation and regulatory compliance.

You will handle calls, coordinate end-to-end medical assistance, and document outcomes while working within AI-enabled systems and FCA guidelines.
