Night Care Team Leader — Senior Carer & Shift Lead

Abbeyfield is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to work nights at Hill House in Honiton. You will lead the care team, monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, and ensure personal care plans are implemented, including medication administration.

You should be an experienced carer, ideally with Level 3 Health and Social Care or working towards it, with strong organisational and leadership skills. This role offers a supportive environment and a clear progression path.
