Support Worker – Flexible Hours in Mental Health Care

Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Derbyshire is hiring Support Workers to join our 24-bed unit dedicated to adults with eating disorders and complex needs. No previous healthcare experience is required as we provide training and support to help you succeed.

You’ll work 42 hours a week with day shifts from 8:00 to 20:00 and night shifts from 19:30 to 08:30. The role focuses on physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and creating a safe, respectful environment for residents.
