Electrician – Social Housing Maintenance & Testing

Carrington Blake Recruitment is sourcing an experienced electrical technician for NCHA-managed properties. The role covers installation, maintenance, testing and repair to ensure safety and compliance with regulations, while delivering a high standard of service to tenants.

You will work across properties, carry out fault finding, testing and record-keeping, and participate in standby rota when required. A valid UK driving licence and housing sector experience are preferred.
