Machine Operatives Weekends

Weekend Days or Nights Available 3 x 12-Hour Shifts per Week

Right Hire Recruitment is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and engineering environment.

We have opportunities available on both weekend day shifts and weekend night shifts, offering a great opportunity for people looking for a hands-on role working with a variety of machinery.

THE ROLE

• Operate a variety of manufacturing machinery, ranging from presses to CNC machinery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Monitor machinery and ensure products meet the required quality standards.
• Carry out basic quality checks on finished components.
• Identify and report any issues with machinery or products.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial.
• Experience operating machinery is an advantage.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
