Night-Shift Robotics Setter & Supervisor

Goodfish Group Limited in Cannock Chase is seeking a Setter/Supervisor to set, condition and optimise several injection machines, oversee robot program changes, and support operators on the night shift.

You will supervise and train operators, perform tool changes and setup automation cells, collect data, and ensure quality, safety and housekeeping standards are met. The role requires IMT3 qualification, supervisory experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude.
