Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood is seeking a Bespoke Interior Development Intern for a placement year, starting July 2027. You will join the 30-person Interior Trim Centre, developing exclusive Bespoke features through embroidery, hand stitching, embellishment and hand painting.
You will explore tools, materials and technologies, working on concept-to-launch parts while coordinating purchasing, sourcing and layout planning.
