Blueprint Subsea is recruiting a Production Team Leader to join our design, engineering and manufacturing team. The role focuses on leading a small production crew, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency and organisation across the manufacturing process.

You will supervise operatives, allocate orders, monitor progress, train staff, and promote a safe, clean workplace. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and a proactive, reliable approach.
