Staffordshire County Council’s Children in Care and Care Leavers Service is recruiting a Personal Advisor in Lichfield to support care experienced young people aged 16-25 as they transition to independent adulthood. Based at the Lichfield District Office, the role blends office, home working and community visits to deliver practical support and pathway planning.
