Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Scotland Travel

Bayne’s the Family Bakers is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our People Team in Lochore, with travel across Central Scotland. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for retail and operational roles, from advertising to onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent.

You will handle screening, first interviews, and candidate relations while ensuring compliant, smooth processes and accurate reporting. A UK driving licence is required.
