Housing Pathways Officer – End Rough Sleeping

Anglia Care Trust is recruiting for a role within an immediate-access, short-term accommodation pathway for rough sleepers in Lowestoft and East Suffolk, working with East Suffolk Council Housing Needs and Outreach teams. The post focuses on early intervention, stabilisation and timely move-on to prevent repeat rough sleeping and to keep beds available for those most in need.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
