Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an organised HR Administrator to join a Neath-based team on a temporary 3-month contract, with potential extension as the business grows. The role sits in a busy manufacturing environment and supports day-to-day HR processes, employee records and general HR activity.

You will maintain accurate HR data, assist with contracts and onboarding, manage absence and attendance, support payroll preparation and help communicate HR policies to staff.
