HR Administrator: Recruitment & Onboarding for Schools

Elite-HR is seeking an experienced HR administrator to support our schools in delivering a high-quality HR service. You will administer recruitment, manage new starters and leavers, including induction and contractual documentation, and resolve HR queries in a proactive manner.

In this generalist, fast-paced role, you will be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while building rapport with staff and stakeholders.
