Senior HR Data & Systems Lead

Nexos Group is seeking a Senior HR Administrator in Aberdeen to own and optimise our People Data System, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insightful HR reporting. You will partner with HR colleagues and managers to support the employee lifecycle, onboarding, payroll, and benefits with a strong focus on data integrity and process improvement.
