Repairs & Legal Disrepair Officer — Elevate Resident Services

Pertemps London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a Repairs Complaints and Legal Disrepair Officer to join the Residents Services team, managing complex complaints, legal disrepair cases, Members’ Enquiries and FOI requests.

The role requires coordinating investigations, remedial works, site visits across the borough, reporting to senior managers, monitoring contractor performance and supporting budget management.
