Wellness Store Lead — Inspire, Coach & Grow Sales

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to lead by example and support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional store experience. You will coach colleagues, develop product knowledge, and guide customers on wellness journeys.

You will complete the Qualified to Advise training and contribute to sales, merchandising and compliant operations in a fast-paced retail environment. A positive, inclusive atmosphere is encouraged.
