Customer Solutions Advisor – Internal Sales (33 Days Holiday)

Normans in Jersey is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who will build strong relationships with new and existing customers, delivering proactive advice both face-to-face and on the phone. You will use our in-house systems to process customer orders and ensure the best possible service experience.

Hours are 7.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays; we offer a competitive salary, staff discount and life assurance including 33 days holiday.
