We’re recruiting for a Trainee Property Consultant to join a successful, award-winning estate agency in Kent, working within an established and supportive team.

The Role
As a Trainee Property Consultant, you will:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Arrange and book property viewings
- Support clients throughout the process of buying and selling property
- Book appointments for financial services
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service
- Develop your sales skills through regular training, coaching, and mentoring
Trainee Property Consultant Requirements
- A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
- Some previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car

Working Arrangement
- Monday–Saturday working pattern, with four different shift options
