Retail Duty Manager: Lead Customer Experience

The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Gloucester store at Gloucester Retail Park. You will lead from the front, coach colleagues and ensure outstanding customer service, safe operations and high store standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will supervise daily activities, manage queues during busy periods and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that puts customers first.
