Garden Centre Customer Experience Associate

Squire’s Garden Centres is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide professional support to our customers on the shop floor. You will work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed and ensure a warm, welcoming shopping environment.

This full-time role (40 hours) involves greeting customers, answering queries, identifying needs, and maintaining high merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with company guidelines.
