Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency

An Exciting career progression opportunity is now available at our Your Move in Ashford, as we are recruiting a Sales Negotiator, potential Trainee.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is ideal, however as full training will be given we will consider relevant transferrable skills in sales and customer service,

The role comes with a very competitive basic salary, An excellent Uncapped OTE

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is all office based.
