Overview

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will lead AI-first transformation programs within a global digital services context. You’ll shape enterprise architectures that blend cloud-native platforms, human-agent workflows, and AI capabilities to deliver large-scale modernisation. You will partner with sales and delivery teams, engaging senior client leaders to define innovative propositions and govern technical quality across the program lifecycle. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on architectural depth across multiple tech domains and cloud ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Articulate where AI agents replace vs augment human tasks within a multi-million-dollar transformation
• Design or review agentic systems in production (e.g., multi-step reasoning pipelines, autonomous code review agents, RAG-powered knowledge layers)
• Explain prompt architecture decisions and model selection tradeoffs to balance quality and cost
• Collaborate with sales and delivery across presales to governance of technical quality
• Develop and govern automated delivery pipelines using Harness, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Tekton; promote trunk-based development and progressive delivery
• Architect modern full-stack applications and enterprise-scale data layers
• Design scalable event-driven integrations with Kafka/Kafka Streams, including schema management
• Specify polyglot persistence and enterprise caching/search platforms (NoSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch)
• Build highly available multi-cloud resilience patterns (AWS/Azure/GCP) with SRE and disaster recovery
• Model AI TCO and ROI: token economics, cost-per-transaction, and build-vs-buy for foundation models
• Provide digital transformation leadership across cloud, integration, and responsible AI governance
• Lead enterprise integration patterns (streaming, API, real-time, RAG, vector stores)
• Provide Chief Architect-level leadership across cross-domain teams and AI risk management
• Influence and align stakeholders across engineering, business, and executive levels
• Articulate findings and strategies to CXO level and contribute to industry viewpoints

• Agentic architecture design

• Experience with coding agents (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin.ai) in a governed dev lifecycle
• Design and governance of automated delivery pipelines (Harness, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Tekton)
• Full-stack enterprise-scale development across frontend, API, backend, data tiers
• Modern CI/CD and delivery pipelines
• High-scale integration using event-driven patterns (Kafka)
• NoSQL & enterprise data platforms (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
• Hyperscaler resilience patterns across AWS/Azure/GCP
• Token economics & LLM costing for enterprise AI
• AI TCO and commercial modelling (inference cost, build-vs-buy)
• Digital transformation leadership and AI governance

• CXO communication and stakeholder influencing
