The Role
As a Food Production Operative, you will support theday-to-day running of the production line, helping to deliver safe,high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working onshifts, you’ll play an important role in achieving production targets,maintaining quality standards and contributing to a positive team culture whiledeveloping your skills within a leading food manufacturer.
What you’ll be doing as a Food Production Operative
- Supporting the efficient operation of theproduction line
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety andfood quality
- Working with colleagues to achieve productionplans and targets
- Monitoring materials and helping to reduce waste
- Following processes and procedures to maximiseproductivity
- Contributing to a positive, respectful andteam-focused culture

- Experience working in a fast-paced production,manufacturing or food environment
- A strong commitment to health, safety andquality standards
- Good teamwork and communication skills
