Our long established logistics client basednearMansfield Nottinghamshirehas an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description.
Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving work to Shunting on site and experience using Terberg Tugs is essential for this position.
Experience in this work would be an advantage but not essential.
Ongoing work available to the right Driver for this position.
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Licence (No more than 6 points for minor offenses only)
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary:
- Monday to Friday per hour: £16.80 ph
- Saturday per hour: £20.00 ph
- Sunday per hour: £21.00 ph
- Extra shift xwwtmva rate (5th shift from £24.00 ph to £31.50 ph depending on the day this falls on
- The above rates are PAYE only
