Reach Truck & Counterbalance FLT Drivers Required
Quest Employment is currently recruiting Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT Drivers for our client based in Burton Latimer.
Opportunities are available across morning, afternoon and night shifts, with the chance to secure a permanent position and access additional company benefits after successfully completing the temporary period.
Pay Rates & Shifts
Morning Shift
Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
£14.06 per hour
Afternoon Shift
Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
£14.69 per hour
Night Shift
Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00
£15.71 per hour
The Role
Your duties will include:
Operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT equipment safely and efficiently.
Moving, loading and unloading stock around the warehouse.
Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.
Picking and moving stock accurately.
Completing general warehouse duties when required.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Following all site health and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT.
Valid external or in-house FLT licences are accepted.
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
Reliable, hardworking and good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
