We’re looking for an experienced Signage & Large Format Production Manager to lead our production team and drive quality, efficiency and performance within a successful, growing UK business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong signage production knowledge who can manage people, streamline workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day signage and large-format print production.
- Plan workloads, manage deadlines and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead, motivate and develop the production team.
- Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety.
- Manage materials, stock levels and production costs.
- Work closely with artwork, sales, project management and installation teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing or supervising a signage or large-format production team.
- Strong knowledge of print production, fabrication, finishing and materials.
- Experience with printers, cutters and finishing equipment.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong eye for detail.
Experience with UV printers and CNC equipment is advantageous.
