Customer Service Operative

Our client based in Warrington town centre are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a 7 week period starting on either 26th October or 2nd November. Working for a leading Bar and Restaurant group, the role will involve contacting past customers or following up on enquiries made through the website and then assisting with completing bookings.

Responsibilities

• * Engage with customers via phone to discuss booking requirements.
• * Working Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.00pm. Hours could be slightly more flexible if required.
• * Using a CRM to input accurate data.
• * Collaborate with team members and other departments.

Experience Required

• * Previous experience in customer service or telesales
• * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
• * Previous experience using a CRM.
• * Excellent telephone manner
