55+ Housing Complex Manager — Access & Security

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a part-time Facilities/Building Coordinator to support residents in our Over 55’s housing schemes in Orpington. You will manage building access for residents, contractors and visitors, and act as key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities.

As the first point of contact, you will use strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, provide excellent customer care, and handle emergencies while balancing workload across two sites
