Sales Director, Roofing & Coatings (UK/Ireland/Europe)

Roof Coatings is seeking a Sales Director to own the commercial agenda across the UK, Ireland and Europe, leading a small management team and driving market expansion. You will set strategy, grow the contractor and specifier base, and open new markets while reporting to the Managing Director.

The role requires building a robust pipeline, managing pricing and margins, and delivering revenue growth in a close-knit SME environment with hands-on leadership and extensive travel.
