The role is key to ensuring members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week. The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment to work, relax, or socialise with friends and family. The role sits within a team whose members are described as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what it does.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week.
• Support the Club Room in providing quality, healthy meals and exceptional service.
• Help create a comfortable environment where members can work, relax, or socialise with friends and family.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for engaging with individuals.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Previous hospitality experience.

Preferred Skills

• Emergency response qualification (desirable but not essential).

• £13 Per hour
