Group Accounting & Financial Control Lead (IFRS & Consolidation)

Simpson Booth Limited is seeking a senior finance leader to own the Group’s accounting records, close processes and consolidation across a growing, PE‑backed portfolio. You’ll partner with the CFO, FP&A Lead and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate reporting under IFRS.

The role combines hands‑on technical accounting with leadership of the accounting team and outsourced providers, as the business scales its finance platform.
