Head of Data-Driven Operational Optimisation

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is creating a new Head of Operational Optimisation role in Warrington. You will lead data-led resource management to improve labour planning, scheduling and forecasting, ensuring the right colleagues and resources are in the right place to meet operational and commercial goals.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies, build cost models and support investment decisions with robust payback assumptions.
