What You Will Do
- ? Develop and deliver the sales and business development strategy for Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Charging Infrastructure and related renewable solutions.
- ? Own pipeline generation end to end, building and maintaining a qualified, accurate opportunity pipeline aligned to commercial targets.
- ? Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting objectives, KPIs and coaching to improve conversion, order intake and forecast accuracy.
- ? Personally drive business development with strategic accounts and lead key meetings, proposals and negotiations.
- ? Oversee pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM compliance to support disciplined sales governance and decision-making.
- ? Provide bid and commercial leadership on significant opportunities, collaborating with Design, Estimating and Delivery to protect profitability and delivery success.
What You Will Bring
- ? Significant experience in a senior sales, business development or commercial leadership role, ideally within the Solar PV sector.
- ? Proven success generating pipeline, winning new business and delivering revenue growth at scale, including strategic account development.
- ? Strong leadership capability, with experience building, motivating and improving performance of sales teams.
- ? Commercial awareness and financial acumen, including sales forecasting, CRM management and performance reporting.
- ? Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, backed by a full UK driving licence.
