The Head of Finance (Agency) leads SAAS Agency Finance, Procurement, Fraud and Recovery to ensure sound financial stewardship, robust governance and high-quality performance reporting to the SAAS Executive Team and Board. This pivotal role oversees the SAAS Annual Report and Accounts, statutory audit and leads annual budget processes with in-year management support to secure value for money.
