Engineering Delivery Lead – Scale Teams (Glasgow)

Morela in Glasgow is seeking an IT Engineering Manager to lead its engineering delivery centre. You will guide early-career developers to become a high-performing group over 6–12 months, then scale as cohorts grow, in a permanent Glasgow-office role.
