EMEA Security Leader: Regional Risk & Crisis Management

Johnson & Johnson in the UK and Europe seeks a Manager, EMEA Regional Security to lead global security across the EMEA region from Pinewood, Wokingham, or alternate sites (Maidenhead/High Wycombe) with occasional travel. You will drive risk mitigation for people, assets and operations and partner with legal, HR, Real Estate, and business leaders to embed security across sites.

The role requires 6–8 years in security, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience in multi-country environments.
